4. Payments & Refunds

4.1 Pricing

Prices for courses and subscriptions are listed on the Platform. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already made.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as indicated during checkout. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all courses. To request a refund:

• Contact our support team within 30 days of purchase
• Provide your order details and reason for refund
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Refunds are not available for:

• Requests made after 30 days of purchase
• Courses that have been completed or extensively viewed
• Subscription payments after the first billing cycle

7. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Course completion does not guarantee employment, career advancement, or any specific results.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEARNERGY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE PLATFORM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
